"Just got my SIC Okeanos..."
I just got my SIC Okeanos after a lengthy hunt for the ideal 14-foot board for a big guy like myself. The team at Sup Co was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process, keeping me updated on everything and even putting rail tape on for me before they shipped it out. Can’t wait to use my Christmas vouchers there after the holidays, plus my rewards points too. Big thanks to everyone!

"Great Customer Support"
I bought a Jobe SUP package a few weeks back. The delivery was set for a Monday since I ordered it on Friday. To my surprise, the board showed up on Saturday, which was awesome! When I first tried out the board, I noticed that the locking clip for the paddle was missing. This wasn’t The Sup Company’s fault; the package was sealed right from the manufacturer. After I got back from my holiday, I reached out to the SUP company. They informed me that clips were out of stock with the supplier. Instead, they sent me a replacement paddle - top-notch service!

"Outstanding Support from the Team"
I bought 2 boards, 2 bags, a carbon paddle, and a few other items from these folks. I had a change of heart about the first board, and the support team handled the swap without any hassle. For the second board, I got a bag that wasn’t quite up to par. After I left a review about it, customer service reached out to me right away, and boom! A new bag showed up at my door in just 3 days, even with a weekend in between. Tony and his crew really know how to take care of their customers; they went above and beyond for me. Many thanks!

"Terrible service, they treat you like you're clueless"
Let me break it down for you. On October 13, 2021, I reached out to the SUP company about an issue with a product, but got no reply. Tried again on the 18th of that month, still nothing. Then I contacted them again on July 18, 2022, and guess what? No response. Today, I finally left some feedback in their system. I got a quick reply, but oddly enough, I can't respond to their feedback—seems the system just won’t let me. In their message, they politely asked me to send an email, which I did, but still no answer.

"Absolutely would shop with them again"
I ordered a Fanatic 12’ 6 from their site, and it was a breeze to navigate. The next day, I gave them a ring and found out it had already been sent out, set to arrive the following day. I didn’t catch the name of the guy I spoke to, but he was really helpful. The board showed up right around mid-morning as they said it would. I’d totally recommend them.

"Issues with Quality Assurance"
Honestly, there’s really nothing off with the service and the follow-ups, but the quality check is pretty underwhelming. My paddle arrived with some chips and scratches, and it’s definitely not due to shipping. Shouldn’t you folks inspect the items before sending them out? I’m using it for advertising and media photography, and it’s a real letdown that’s making everyone look bad, especially the manufacturer.

"Great product, but admin needs work"
I'm really into the product - plus the guidance I received - so I’m giving it 4 stars. The admin side was lacking though - an email went missing and delivery was held up since someone was on vacation - and they wouldn’t take my info over the phone 'cause it was easier for them. Also, there was a screw missing from the Moloko paddle. Not ideal at all. I’ll return, but fingers crossed for a better experience next time.

"Awesome service, but one item didn't arrive. Jobe SUP cart is a letdown!"
Fantastic service, but I did notice one item was not included. The SUP Company shipped it right away after I reached out, so that’s cool. Now, about the Jobe paddleboard cart—it's not great. I've given Jobe my thoughts and asked them to send a fix or an extra strap that might help. If not, I’ll have to send it back since it’s not doing the job. I’ll keep you posted on how that goes.

"Upgraded Paddles and 2 Starboard SUPs Ordered..."
I ordered 2 Starboard SUPs along with upgraded paddles that were supposed to arrive by the end of that week. They actually came the next Wednesday, which was a bit longer than I thought, but no worries! The delivery service they used is DPD, and they're pretty dependable, providing a one-hour window for delivery on the day. I'd definitely suggest the SUP Company.

"Highly Suggested"
Had a solid experience; I’d definitely suggest it. The website is awesome and easy to navigate. I didn’t give it a full 5 stars mainly because I wish the communication was a bit better. I requested a certain courier (to avoid the hassle with the ones I’m familiar with) and didn’t get a response. Everything turned out okay, but I ended up working with the FedEx partner in my country.

"Excellent Support from the Team"
The website provided complete and precise details, particularly about a product I was looking to pre-order.

After I placed my order, the delivery date was adjusted (this was on the manufacturer's end, not the supplier's), and I received a personal call from a representative at The SUP Company to inform me about the delay and the updated delivery schedule. Fantastic customer service!

"Had a slight delay due to missing contact info..."
I experienced a few days of delay since I forgot to include my phone number, but after that got fixed, I was informed the board would be shipped on Monday..... The next day, the board arrived❤ It took me roughly an hour to unwrap the packaging; they really did a fantastic job packing it. I'm super happy with the board and the excellent service from the SUP company...... I would definitely recommend them.

"I almost gave 5 stars because Tom was..."
I nearly rated this a full 5 stars since Tom was super helpful with my order, addressing my queries and recognizing the pump hose problem. The warranty team didn’t get back to me, so I had to ring them up to follow up. Plus, they initially tried to brush off the issue until we talked more about it. I'm happy to report that the problem has been resolved.

"Not great..."
Sadly, the item I wanted wasn’t in the color I picked, even though it said it was. I went with a different color, hoping it would get here fast, but the shipping didn’t kick off until 10 days after I placed the order. I should’ve remembered that with Brexit, buying from the UK isn’t the best idea anymore: 77 euros in customs fees for a 253 euro order! Just wow. On the bright side, everything came in one piece and was nicely packaged.

"Awesome Support from The Sup Company Team!"
The crew at The Sup Company really came through for me when I was picking out my board. I had already done a couple of training sessions on a Redpaddle 10' 8" that I was set on, but it turns out I’d have to wait a bit for it to be back in stock. So, the team suggested the Fanatic 10' 8" premium, claiming it was just as good. Now that I've tried out my new Fanatic, I gotta say, I actually like it even more than the Redpaddle. They gave me solid advice and the delivery was super quick!
